About
In the past 20 years I have sold almost 2000 homes throughout Maryland and Virginia. Extensive experience and specialization with First Time Homebuyers, Retirees, Move-Up Buyers as well as Waterfront Buyers and Sellers . I have also represented several builders in their inventory reduction hard-to-sell properties including Richmond American Homes, Triangle Homes, Ron Kans Custom Homes, Spence & Wood Contractors, Potter Homes, Heritage Homebuilders, etc. ​ When I began in Real Estate, the Metropolitan areas of Washington were in a severe depression. Inventory was at an all-time high and buyers were at an all-time low! The situation necessitated inventive and hard-working ideals in order to make a living. I was able to work hand-in-hand with all parties involved (banks, sellers, HUD, VA, etc) in order to lessen the burdens for everyone. Today’s tough times are not new to me – Whether you are a Buyer, Seller, Builder or Investor, I have the necessary skills to help navigate today’s difficult circumstances successfully.
