She is very active in the international real estate community and known for her expertise in multi-cultural, trade-swap and 1031 exchanges. She focuses on Austin & The Hill Country luxury homes, ranches, estates, vineyards and investment properties. She is a member of the $100,000,000 Real Estate Club ($100M Club) and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Princess is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor. She loves to travel and entertain. She has lived in Aspen, La Jolla, New Orleans and Fredericksburg. She now lives in Costa Bella at Lake Travis in Austin. Her clients are primarily high net worth families with multiple homes. In addition to California, Colorado & Texas her clientele spans Austria, Ireland, Mexico, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Brunei, Kuwait and Dubai), Monaco, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland.
